I have a problem with committing to exercise. It doesn't matter whether it's fencing, kayaking or running, after about 4-5 weeks I tend to lose interest and stop the workout. My waistline is begging me to take action. But as years of fighting this short attention span have proven futile, this year I'm trying a new approach. In 2009 I will be signing up to 12 different types of exercise, and stick to each for one month only. Will this ingenious plan of self-trickery pay off?
